Postpartum Doula Services- Sherwood Park & Edmonton Doula

As a group of women who are passionate about childbirth we strive to help women birth with confidence, support, respect, and in safety. We are here to assist in starting your parenting experience off in a positive and empowered manner. We will educate and encourage everyone to take responsibility for exploring options towards their ultimate birth experience. With proper nurturing and trusting birth we can then help to empower a woman in the process. We are here to support a birthing woman’s needs, both physically and emotionally, while assisting her in carrying out the birth plan that she has selected.

Women with low risk pregnancies will receive multidisciplinary, individualized, comprehensive care throughout the pregnancy and postpartum period. We will monitor your physical, psychological and social well-being. We will also provide education, counseling, pre and postnatal care. During labor and delivery, continuous support will be provided, while technological interventions will be minimized.

We offer home birth, water birth, and hospital birthing options, and doula support. We believe that you should birth where and how you want, and you will be encouraged to actively participate in your care.
